Refund Policy

Rayka Education Pty Ltd respects the rights of prospective students who enrol in their Mini-Series, Workshops, Short Courses, Certificate and Diploma Courses. Rayka Education has, it believes, established a fair and equitable refund policy should a student be unable to accede to their commitment after payment of fees.

In the circumstance that Rayka Education Pty Ltd cancels a Mini–Series, Workshop, Short Course, Certificate or Diploma – before its commencement – a refund in full will be given, in the form it was originally paid e.g. Credit Card.

Procedure for Refund/s

An application for a refund of fees, under any other circumstance/s MUST be made in writing electronically to Rayka Education Pty Ltd.

Online Mini-Series and Workshops

Rayka Education Pty Ltd will issue a full refund only when the student has not accessed and downloaded any electronic material relevant to the online mini-series or workshop they enrolled in. Notification of student withdrawal MUST occur electronically (via email) and within seven (7) days of Rayka Education Pty Ltd receiving payment of monies for said course.

Rayka Education Pty Ltd will NOT issue any refund of any monies paid by the student, if any electronic material has been accessed or downloaded.

Face to Face Lectures and Short Courses

Rayka Education Pty Ltd will provide a full refund of monies when a student cancels by email, up to seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the face-to-face lecture or short course. Any requests made after seven (7) days and before the commencement of the lecture or short course, will incur a 30% deduction of fees from the monies paid to cover any administration costs.

Any requests for a partial refund of monies to be paid to the student once the face-to-face lecture/s or short course has commenced will be denied.

Certificate / Diploma of Integrative Aromatherapy

Rayka Education Pty Ltd will consider refunds for students who, due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e., illness or injury, are unable to undertake the course/subject for which they have paid, on submission of a supporting medical certificate.


The way you learn may change during your enrolment to ensure the best learning experience or to keep you safe as COVID-19 restrictions change, and some of our face-to-face classes may change to online or virtual classroom learning. Also, to ensure that we keep you safe while studying, we may modify our face-to-face classes to meet physical distancing requirements and increased cleaning at the venue.

If the demonstration of practical skills are requirements for your course, there may be a modification or delay in the planned timeframe due to COVID-19 impacts. Be assured, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

All refunds are at the discretion of the Rayka Education Pty Ltd Directors and may be negotiated on an individual basis.
